What working together looks like
Working together is designed to feel clear, supportive, and manageable. Built to take you to your next level.
STEP 1 - Apply
You begin by submitting an application. This helps Charlee understand your goals, training history, lifestyle, and readiness to commit, so coaching starts from the right place.
STEP 2 - Set up
If accepted, you’ll receive your personalised training and nutrition guidance, along with access to the coaching app and check-in system. Everything is clearly laid out, so you know exactly what to focus on and why.
STEP 3 - support
Coaching is adjusted as you progress. You’ll receive regular feedback, guidance, and support to help you stay consistent, confident, and supported as your body and life change.
