If accepted, you’ll receive your personalised training and nutrition guidance, along with access to the coaching app and check-in system. Everything is clearly laid out, so you know exactly what to focus on and why.

STEP 3 - support

Coaching is adjusted as you progress.
You’ll receive regular feedback, guidance, and support to help you stay consistent, confident, and supported as your body and life change.

    Superfit Coaching is for women who want to build strength, confidence, and consistency without extremes. Most clients have trained before but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward in a way that supports their life long term.

  • Do I need to be experienced in the gym?

    No. You don’t need to be advanced, but some familiarity with training is helpful. Coaching is adapted to your experience level, confidence, and goals, whether you’re returning to training or ready to refine your approach.

  • Is this focused on weight loss?

    Not specifically. While body composition can change, the focus is on strength, education, and sustainable habits. Progress is measured through performance, confidence, and consistency, not just the scale.

  • Is coaching online or in person?

    Coaching is primarily online, with in-person support and meet-ups available for Brisbane-based clients depending on the program.

  • How do I know if I’m ready to start prep?

    You’re likely ready if you’ve been training consistently, have experience following a structured nutrition plan, and are willing to commit to a disciplined routine for several months. If you’re unsure, we can assess your current physique, training history, and goals before starting.

  • How long does a typical prep last?

    Most competition preps last 16–24 weeks, depending on your starting condition and experience. Starting early allows for a more sustainable approach and better stage conditioning.

  • What sacrifices will I have to make?

    Prep requires discipline and structure. This usually means following a strict nutrition plan, prioritising training and recovery, and limiting things like late nights, alcohol, and unplanned meals.

  • What is the cost of a competition?

    Costs vary, but most competitors spend $1,000–$3,000+ once you include entry fees, federation membership, stage tan, suit, hair and makeup, and travel.

  • Do I need a coach?

    While it’s possible to compete without one, most athletes benefit greatly from having a coach to guide their training, nutrition, posing, and adjustments throughout prep.

  • What is "Peak Week"?

    Peak week is the final week before competition, where small adjustments to training, food, and water help you look your best on stage.
